Komen Central and South Jersey Announces Jason T. Haugh and Elizabeth James to Board of Directors
Susan G. Komen Central and South Jersey (Komen CSNJ) announces the appointment of Jason T. Haugh of 1st Colonial Community Bank, Cherry Hill, and Elizabeth James of On Target Staffing LLC of Princeton, to its board of directors.
“We are thrilled to have Jason and Elizabeth as part of the Komen CSNJ board of directors,” said Suzanne Corson, executive director of Komen CSNJ. “Their impressive professional experience, leadership and commitment to community will drive our organization forward and help fulfill our vision of a world without breast cancer.”
Haugh has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently in his role as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Consumer Banking Services at 1st Colonial Community Bank. In this position, Haugh is responsible for residential and consumer lending, and successfully manages investor and government relations.
Haugh graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in business administration and entrepreneurship. He was recently named one of Southern New Jersey’s Business People “40 Under 40,” an award given to young leaders that excel in their careers and make an impact in their communities.
“I am honored to join the board of directors of the Susan G. Komen Central and South Jersey Affiliate,” said Haugh. “This is such a worthwhile organization and the work they do is invaluable to so many. Their mission to end breast cancer forever is one that I strongly support.”
James is the Chief Operating Officer of On Target Staffing LLC, a company providing specialized recruitment solutions, and has spearheaded its growth for 17 years. In the last year, she led a team to open six new locations throughout the country and started an executive search division for New Jersey, New York and Louisiana.
She has been an integral part of many different Komen CSNJ fundraising initiatives for the past seven years serving on planning committees, as co-chair and sponsor of events including the Spirit of Jane Rodney and PINK gala events as well as the IMPACT Luncheon.
“I have experienced so many incredible stories during my time with Susan G. Komen,” said James. “I am happy to be a bigger contributor to the Komen cause and make an impact in the lives of those affected by breast cancer.”
